She’s got moves too!

I literally just finished watching this performance by Alicia Keys and thought I’d write a blog about her since she is one of my favourite artists. Not only is she a great singer, songwriter and pianist (and she's gorgeous!) but she also knows how to pull a good performance out the bag. Since Alicia Keys isn’t known for her dance abilities, it was nice to see her doing a little two step here and there in this performance of her song I Need You, on Dancing with the Stars (great show by the way!):



I hope to hear new material from Alicia Keys in 2009, preferably a release of a new album that will make a bigger impact because though I did like a majority of the songs on her third album As I Am, it wasn’t a classic- definitely not a memorable album. So fingers crossed Alicia will bring it next year and remind me of what made me first fall in love with her (music that is).
